Wife and brother Greenfield Hooper (if he die to be replaced by son Andrew but if he also die then son Philip) to be executors.

14 Jan 1758: "... John Chapman ab't 1734, made a will and gave his wife ye Estate for Life & made her w'th Hooper Esq'r. her temr is at an end & ye other Ex'r is dead. I suspectthat adm'r con Testament annex'o De bon non. must be raised and advise the Berarer Rob't Deverx who (over Eliz'a theEldest Daughter she [since] being dead & their Children [inxxxx?] to take it ..." Robert Devereux gave bond 18 Jan 1758.

Balance ordered paid to legal representatives of Thomas Chapman desest, to legal representatives of Andrew Chapman desest, to legal representatives of Philip Chapman Desest, to Mary Bartlett daughter to the testate, residue to admin in Right of his wife Elizabeth a daughter of the desest.
