Conjectured Information on this Page
Frank Carlock appears on dual census records in 1930 (as well as 1920). He is with his family during the early part of the month of April 1930 in Everton, Missouri, while the end of the month he is in Picher, Oklahoma with many lodgers. My supposition is that he owned a rooming house in Picher, Oklahoma and he traveled between the two residences which were approximately 87 miles apart.
