    Will dated 16 Jan 1763, proved 14 Mar 1763, and reads:
    To son John, all lands at Brush Neck, Warwick.
    To son Nathan, house and land where my son John lives.
    To son Pearce Budlong, land at Rocky Hill, Warwick.
    To sons William and James, three lots of land adjoining homestead, and rights at Otter Creek.
    To wife Renew, quarter of house and homestead while widow, and at her decease said quarter to be to sons Joseph, Benjamin and Stephen and the other three-quarters of homestead to these three sons at decease of testator.
    To sons John, Pearce, William and James, £500, each.
    To daughter Isabel Greene, wife of Elisha Greene, Jr., £500.
    To daughters Sarah and Tabitha Budlong, £500, each.
    To granddaughter Tabitha Greene, £50.
    To wife Renew, all household goods. His sons John, Nathan, Pearce, William, James, Benjamin, and Stephen, to each help maintain their brother Joseph, who hath had the misfortune to lose his sight.
