    John Brintnall, s/o John Brintnall and Phoebe Smith, b. 3 Nov 1693, d. Winnisimmet [note: in Chelsea] before 18 Nov 1746 when his will was probated, m. 28 Aug 1712 Deborah Mellins. By will probated 1746 gave half of farm to son John (other half given to son Benjamin by deed), maintenance of widow Deborah, legacies to three unmarried daughters Phoebe, Deborah and Mehitabel.
