Children of Joel Brigham and Elizabeth Maynard: John Brigham b. Leominster 22 Nov 1799, d. Concord 18 Jan 1833, bur. Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, m. 29 Dec 1825 Achsah Wyman of Watertown.
[Vol. 1, p. 173, says "John, b. 29 Nov 1799; no further reported". This source notes the error in the age at death according to what "his grave-stone says". Of course, the Concord record says the same thing. Note: The picture at Find A Grave appears to say 32, but this is not quite right either, as we would expect either age 33, or its equivalent, in his 34th year. In any event, the death record of daughter Harriet identifies her parents as John Brigham of Leominster and Achsack --- of Waltham, which seems to show it is all the same person.]

25 Jan 1833: "It being inconvenient for me to administer the estate of John Brigham late of Concord in said County Gentleman deceased intestate my late husband I hereby give information thereof and request that Nathan Brooks Esq. of said Concord may be appointed to that trust. Achsah Brigham.

12 Feb 1835: "It being necessary that some suitable person should be appointed Guardian of Eliza Brigham & Harriet Maria Brigham daughters of John Brigham late of Concord deceased and minors under the age of fourteen years, I, the mother of said children request your Honor to appoint Charles A Wheeler of Lincoln in said County, Gentleman Guardian of said children - Achsah Brigham"
