The John who was son of Thomas and Elizabeth m. 12 Mar 1750 Abigail Johnson [citing Middlesex Deeds p. 66:63-4]. [The wrong John didn't marry until 1772, to Catherine Willis, and the probate documents establish him as the father of the children listed in Vol. 1. The John b. to Thomas and Elizabeth in 1726 would have been too old.]
