In the name of God Amen. I, John Beezley being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory, Blessed Be Almighty God for the same. Do Make and publish this my last Will and Testament, in the manner and form following, that to any-first I give and bequeath to John Prickett, my stepson one hundred and fifty dollars in moveable property. I do also give and bequeath to Nicholas Prickett, my second stepson, one hundred and fifty dollars in movable property, I also give and bequeath to Isaac Prickett my third stepson one hundred and fifty dollars in moveable property and I also give and bequeath to Gitta Davis, seventy five in money, payable in April, one thousand eight hundred and fourteen, and seventy five payable in one thousand eight hundred and fifteen, I also give and bequeath to William Beezley, Joseph Beezley, Thomas Beezley, and Isaac Beezley, and also Jane, Sarah and Racheal in equal portion each. One hundred is paid to William Beezley and eighty is due to Joseph Beezley for which he is to receive a Certificate for One hundred and Sixty acres, and also Isaac and Sarah is to receive Forty dollars of the first payment from Armstrong. Sarah's to be taken out of her part that is to be divided. John Mederas is to receive fifty dollars, out of the above payment, from Armstrong--And I do hereby appoint, Nicholas Prickett and William Beezley, Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand, this ninth of August in the year of our Lord-One Thousand eight hundred and twelve, Signed Sealed Published and Declared in the presence of us.
