    COOK, Johanne, age 77 of Lynden passed away in a local rest home Thursday, July 7, (1966). A resident of Lynden since 1912, she was a member of the Third Christian Reformed Church. Surviving are 3 daughters, Mrs. Lena Martin of bellingham; Mrs. Gertrude VanderKamp and Mrs. Joanne Pasma, both of Ripon, California; three sons, Dr. John Cook of Lynden; Marinus of Yakima and William J. of Pullman. A brother, Hugo Van Weerthuizen of Sultan. Seven sisters, Mrs. William Van Ry, Mrs. Sherman Starkenburg and Mrs. Bert Vander Ploeg, all of Lynden; Mrs. Marie Honcoop of Everson; Mrs. Leonard Radder of Everett; Mrs. Dave Dykstra and Mrs. Bernard Van Diest, both of Sumas. Also 19 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Third Christian Reformed church Monday, July 11 at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. Donald Negen officiating. Burial in the Monumenta Cemetery.
