"Joanna (Morton) Holton was born about 1714, judging from her age at the time of her death. Her parentage is unknown. After Samuel Holton's death, she married (2) June 11, 1772, Deacon Aaron Lyman of Belchertown, whose first wife, Eunice Dwight, had died in 1760. She survived her second husband also, and died Dec. 8, 1796, aged 82."
