That Jillert Pieters Dijkstra in the reference is the same person as Jielles Pieters Dijkstra is supported by two pieces of evidense. As listed in marriage records of Jielles/Jillert to Sjouwke Bosma and Trijntje Fokkes, his birthplace and parents names match and dates are consistent, as are the names and dates on a birth/christenig record of Jillert (see ref 2). Secondly, a transcript of the Jillert/Trijntje marriage document (Thanks JBS66) indicates that Jillert is the widower (as of the 1836 document) of Sjouwke Lieuwes Bosma who died in 1833.
