"Jerusha, wife of Lieut Barnabas, former wife of Isaac Sanford, originally Jerusha Baker, daughter of Deacon John Baker, of Washington, died Jan. 15, 1803, aged 74."
"Capt. Barnabas Baldwin, Jr., died July 11, 1804, aged 44."
    "Lieut. Barnabas, died Dec. 24, 1804, aged 78." …
"Widow Baldwin, widow of the late Barnabas, died Sept. 26, 1811, aged 72."

According to her gravestone in the Milford Side Cemetery, Woodbridge, the wife of Lt. Barnabas who died 15 January 1803 was Mary (Terrill) Baldwin, not Jerusha (Baker) (Sanford) Baldwin.
Sorting out all of the above, the indication is that that Jerusha (Baker) (Sanford) Baldwin was wife/widow of the elder Barnabas, not his son, the Captain.
