    QUAY 3 Jerome D. McPeak passed away Wednesday morning ( 8 Mar) at St. Mary's Hospital after a short illness. Age 39 years, he was born Feb. 22, 1928 in Van Dyke Mich., and had lived in Saginaw for the pas t 9 years, previously living in Mackinaw City. On Feb. 11, 1950 he married Hazel Schneider in Cheboygan; she survives him. He served in the United States Navy.
    Mr. McPeak had been employed by the Saginaw News since 1960 and before that he worked for the Michigan State Highway Dept. on the ferry boats at Mackinaw City. Surviving besides his wife are, one s on and one daughter, Michael and Christine, at
    home., his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs Rasmussen of Royal Oak and Florida, and several aunts and uncles.
    Funeral Services will take place 2PM Thursday at St. John's Lutheran Ch., ...with burial in Forest Lawn Cem....
