Son Jesse Page to be executor. 7 May 1827: Abigail Page waives provision made for her by will of husband Jeremiah Page and claims dower. [???] Vol. 36, p. 405 8 Nov [sic, probably October since appraisors and executor sworn in October] 1827: Inventory of Jeremiah Page Deceased: $3030.92, by Benj'a R. Page, John Stanley. [Note: the will makes no mention of a wife, and Jeremiah's wife Abigail is supposed to have died in 1808. So is the death report wrong, or did he remarry? If he remarried, is he buried with his first or second wife?]

[Note: Jeremiah's birth date is recorded in Conway, possibly as an adult (original not viewable) and since the exact same birth date is recorded in Haverhill, MA, for Edmund's son, plus other circumstantial items, it seems likely that he is indeed Edmund's son. No evidence is found, but it will be presumed to be true, pending new evidence.]
