Jennie Mitchell FitzRandolph 79,of Texarkana, Ark died Wednesday March 31,2004 in a local hospital. Mrs. FitzRandolph was born September 28,1924 in Nady, Ark. She was the retired owner of Fouke Florist and a charter member of Texarkana Seventh-Day Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William P. “Bosco” FitzRandolph, in 1970; and one son, Dennis Alan FitzRandolph, in 1958. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Marie FitzRandolph of Troy, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Larry Upchurch of Texarkana; two sisters, Gaye Cupp and Marie Wagner of Texarkana; two brothers, Chris Mitchell of Fouke, Ark; and Lewis Mitchell of Texarkana; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Texarkana Funeral Home Fuqua-Everett Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Mynor Soper officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
