   Jane (AKA Jennet or Jean) Telford (or Tedford) is the daughter of Alexander Telford/Tedford and Hannah "McCampbell" or "McCune." Some sources says she was born "19 Oct 1754" (I haven't seen data in quotes documented as yet.). She married James Logan McKee on 6 June 1782 in Kerrs Creek, Augusta Co., VA. They applied for a marriage bond on 3 June 1782.
   
   Alexander "Tedford" signed his daughter Jane's (written Jennet Tedford) Rockbridge Co. marriage bond, on 3 Jun 1782. The bond was also signed by James McKee who paid £50 on the same day to the Virginia Commonwealth, again using her name, Jennet Tedford. This is the only time I've seen her name listed as Jennet.    They had a son John Telford McKee on 14 April 1783 in Kerrs Creek.
   
   I took the group photo of graves in August 1999. Jane's is in the center, but I can no longer make out the names on the markers on both sides.
