In Chicago, Ill., Aug. 24th, 1866, Jason Lee Wells, aged 52 years. His disease was congestive chills, following an attack of cholera. The deceased was a son of Elisha Wells, of Grafton, N. Y., half-brother of Dea. David Wells, late of Lincklaen, N. Y., and nephew of Matthew Wells, senior, deceased, of DeRuyter, N. Y. His family reside in Janesville, Wis.
