Jacques/James, Dr. Gerould/Jerauld/Jerould, b. 1680/7 - 25 Oct 1760 ae 73, of Medfield MA by 1721, from Lanquedoc, FRA before 1719, m Marth Dupree, d 25 Mar 1763. He had two sister suppoledly died in Medfield in 1748, and maybe another lady who he took an especial interest in was a sister, Ann Lemoyne. He left his house to his daughters Hannah and Susanna, by whom a portion of it was sold in 1765. His will was witnessed by William Plympton, Eliazer Wheelock and Keziah Plympton. The will of his widow is in Suffolk Probate. His negro Caesar mentioned in his will died in Wrentham Ma 1789, Pompey Edes of Boston being his administrator, evident he fell into hands of Gamaliel. - Tilden's Medfield p 398, Hayward's Gilsum p 312, Hadley's Goffstown p 166 and Medfield VR p 54,5, 150, 213.
