Janet Blanchard July 6, 1949-April 2, 2005 A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2005 at 2:00 PM at Christ Community Fellowship, 3170 Peppers Bridge Rd, Walla Walla, WA. Mrs. Blanchard was born July 6, 1949, in Walla Walla to Gabriel and Helen Carter Tichi. She graduated in 1967 from Walla Walla High School and attended the University of Washington in fall 1967. Her father was the Walla Walla Fire Marshall when he was killed in the line of duty in 1974.
