Will Abstract

Will of Jane B. Crawford
1st. I direct and desire that all my just debts be paid by my Executors herein named.
2nd. names her "four oldest children to wit: Robert W. Crawford, Ida V. Dallas formerly Ida V. Crawford, Thomas A. Crawford and James C. Crawford the sum of one Dollar each".
3rd. All the property of which I am in possession being the community property of myself and my deceased husband James C. Crawford. I desire and hereby only dispose of my one half of said joint estate.
4th I will and devise and bequeath to my three youngest children to wit: John G. Crawford, Minie B. Crawford and Marion Crawford all my property both real and personal and mixed fo every character and description of which I may die seized and possessed which the same is my one half of the community estate or my__ divided property. Share and share alike in equal portions.
5th I nominate constitute and appoint R.C and C.B. Gillespie my two brothers to be and act as the executors of this my last will and testament and devise and direct that no bond be required of them as such by the court.
6th. I request and direct that no action be taken by the county probate court in refference [sic] to said estate except to probate this will and have an inventory returned of the property into court. Witness my hand and seal at Forney, Kaufman County Texas on this 26th day of may A.D. 1888 in the presence of W. S. Hartman, Geo. D. Manion and G. C. Newton who sign this will at my request and in presence as witnesses.
