1 Jun 1652 - Thomas Thomas on June 1, 1652, demanded a warrant for six hundred acres for "transporting himself, his wife ELIZABETH, son James Thomas, and Robert and Elioner Paterson and Matthew Smith his servants to the province in 1651," and received one to lay out for him with Will Batten one thousand acres north side of Patuxent River over against or near Buzzard's Island. (Liber A. B. H., folio 202.)
22 Nov 1652 - there was laid out for "Thomas Thomas and Wm. Batten, planters of Putuxent River, 1,100 acres north side of Putapsco River."

At her decease sd. estate, including 300 A., "Ware," formerly in Calvert Co. and now in Chas. County, on w. side Patuxent R., to pass to 3 child[ren], viz., John and Thomas and Anna Mary, equally. Eld. son John to have dwelling plantation. In event of death of any child, without issue, survivors to inherit deceased's portion.
