The Taulbee Cemetary that I am most interested is on Taulbee Lane, creek or clos by. James Taulbee b.1795 and married to Elizabeth Hayes, had a son James, Archibold, Bill or William, and Issac. Three of them went to Devils Creek. James married Hannah Burton and continued to live in the original Log cabin. Some of their family married Littreals, and are buried here. If anyone knows where the children or decendants of James and Hannah are, I am very interested in this. My granddad talked about his Uncle James(he was said to have been over 6 ft. tall). They visited on Devils Creek alot. James b. 1795 and his second wife, Elizabeth Mayhab, went to Devils Creek where he died in 1862-3 and is buried at the Perry TAulbee cemetary. By the way, this was in Owsley co. back then. Hope this will help some of you.
