    born 1913/11/13

Note that the registration number indicates the birth was registered no earlier than 1918 (when his sister's birth was registered with a lower registration number), and it is probable that the year is incorrect. Jim himself believed he was was born in 1914 (see his abstract in the Plunkett book).

includes a photo of the grave maker with full dates: Nov 13, 1913 to Feb 19, 1995

The birth year is likely based on his death certificate, which would use his official birth date as registered when he was young. However, the year (1913) is likely incorrect.
