Obituary JAMES L. SMITH 

 James L. Smith of 806 S. West St., died this morning at University Hospital.  He was a native of Wayne, Mich., and resided here 50 years.  He was member of the Bartender's Union, Local 76.  He was a former member of the Loyal Order of Moose.  He was a member of the Delaware Baptist Church.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. C. Nan Johnson; a son, Capt. Harold J. Smith, U.S. Army; two step-sons, Raymond Donnell and Leslie Milton; and two step-daughters, Mrs. William Jones and Mrs. George...
