Sep 1771, James Parker Jr. with wife Mary, Carlton Parker, and widow Dinah Parker spinster sold land to Henry Abbott Jr.

- The age at death is a discordant note, but since it appears to be almost exactly ten years off, it seems likely to be an error. Possibly the bad arithmetic was encouraged by the "chronic disorders"?
