    24 Aug 1852: Amy Kelton, widow of James Kelton late of Warwick, declines administration and requests that Sabin Kelton of Warwick be appointed. Same date, petition of Sabin Kelton dated 24 Aug 1852 says he is the only son of deceased. Bond given the same date.
    22 Sep 1852: Sabin Kelton represents that the estate is insolvent, requests commissioners be appointed.
