    2 Dec 1805: Andrew Hunter, of Burke, & Richard Hunter, of Lincoln, deeded to Cuthburt Burton & Christian, late Christian Hunter, his wife of Orange, for "a valuable consideration already paid" agreement, James Hunter wrote his will 8 February 1794 and it was probated February Term 1794, he bequeath[ed] his entire estate to his wife, Christian Hunter, for her natural life, at her death twenty pounds was to be paid to James Hunter Andrew, the residue was to go to Richard Hunter, if Richard was dead it was to go to James Hunter's brother Andrew Hunter, in this agreement Richard and Andrew Hunter give up any claim to the estate of James Hunter and likewise agree to pay James Hunter Andrew twenty pounds when it becomes due, signed: Richard Hunter, Andrew Hunter, wit: Dun. Cameron, proved May Term 1806 by Duncan Cameron, delvd. C. Burton.
