This Last Will and Testament of James Holyday Deceased was proved by the oaths of Joseph Grubb, Hugh Davidson and William Anderson the Witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded on the motion of Colbert Anderson and George Holyday the Executors therein named who made oath according to Law. Certificate is granted them for obtaining a probate thereof in due form giving security whereupon they together with security entered into and acknowledged Bond conditioned as the Law directs? Examined

In Obedience to an order to us directed form the worship full Court of Berkley County at their February term 1814 met at the house of Captain George Holliday acting Executor of the Last will and testament of James Holliday Dec'd and have Examined the Estate Acct and the vouchers thereto belonging and find it to hand as with in static?
We have allowed the Executotor ___ her cent on the amount Charged to him for his trouble & expenses in doing the duties of Executor and we find that the estate of the Dec'd is indebted to the said Executors the sum of four pounds 3s, 4d given under our hands this 11th day of 1814.
