    At South-Kingstown on Sunday last, James Helme, jun. Esq in the 39th year of his age. He discharged for nearly 20 years, the duties of Justice of the Peace, and Clerk of the Supreme Court for the county of Washington. His reputation as a man and a magistrate was unimpeachable, and his surviving family and friends will long lament his premature removal from the circle of domestic and social endearments.
