    January 17, 1695-6, Governor Archdale cited all persons to show cause, if any, why letters of administration on the estate of James Dugue should not be issued to John Lebert, of Charles Town, merchant. The same day Mariane Dugue declared that she knew no reason why the desired letters should not be issued.
