Sterling, Ohio, states her great great grandfather Revolutionary War soldier James Davis was buried near Morefield, Hardy County, West Virginia, further his widow & sons George, James, Charles & John moved to Ohio abt. 1806, settling in the Virginia Military Reserve where Ross County & Pike Counties, Ohio, meet. F-BLW1051, R755.
