The fifteenth day of the fifth month Called July One Thousand Seven hundred & Eighteen I James Barker of Abington In the County of Plymouth in the Province of the Massechusetts Bay in New England being Sick & weak of body but of perfect mind and understanding Thanks to God for the same do make this Last Will and Testament as followeth. I Given and bequeath to my True and Loving wife Hannah Barker The One Third part of my movable Estate, and the One Third part of the Profits of all my real Estate. Item. I Give and bequeath unto my four Sons and Two daughters all the remaining part of all my real & personal Estate, That is to Say I Give to my Son James Barker three Shares, I Give to my Son Daniel Barker Two Shares, I Give unto my Son George Barker Two Shares, I Give to my Son Stephen Barker Two Shares, I Give to my Daughter Alice Barker One Share and to my daughter Lydia Barker I Give One Share, To them and each of them their heirs & Assigns forever. And farther my Will is that My Loving wife Hannah Barker whome I Constitute Make & Ordain my Sole Executrix of this My Last Will & Testament. And further my Will is That my Hon'd father Robert Barker and my Hon'd father in Law Daniel Allen and my Loving Brother Caleb Barker with my Executrix above named Shall be my overseers to Sell or dispose of any part of my Estate According to the True Intent of this my aboves'd Will And further it is the true Intent and meaning of this my aboves'd Will that my Overseers Above named with the Consent of my Executrix May Sell or dispose of all or Any part of my Estate both real & personall wherever it may be found.
