- 1783 - Jacob Longenacre bought land on Mill Creek, Shenandoah, from Henry and Barbara Kelkner.
- 1791 - Jacob Longanaker bought 480 acres of land on Second Creek in Greenbrier County, (West) Virginia.
- July 9th, 1794, for 350 pounds, Jacob Longanaker and wife Sively of Greenbrier County sold two tracts of land on Mill Creek, Shenandoah County, one approximately 156 acres, and the other 47 acres, to John Frederick Kirkhove of Shenadoah County.
