    JACOB BEIDELMAN, born Sept. 26, 1737; died Nov. 14, 1805, was a resident of Nockamixon Township, and served as Justice of the Peace for nearly 40 years, (1763 to 1795). He was a Sergeant in Captain Jacob Shoop's Company of Bucks County Militia in the Revolutionary Army. He lies buried at Tohickon Church, Bucks County, Pa. John Beidelman, born April 26, 1775, died August 13, 1806, who is buried at the same place, is no doubt a son. John had three children; Ephraim, of Springfield, born June 10, 1804, Jesse, of Nazareth, and one daughter.
