3) Jacob Beery, born in Rockingham county, Va., in 1803, died in Perry county, Ohio, in 1880, and Elisabeth
Beaver, born in Perry county, Ohio, , d. in 1850,
were married . Mennonites, and devoted Chris- tians. Mr. Beery came with his parents from Rockingham county, Va., to Perry county, Ohio, in 1806, and the wild woods he converted into a fine farm. He had ten children, who were an honor to their parents. In 1850 Mr. Beery married Elisabeth Gulp, who died in 1882. They had three children who are not reported. Perry county, Ohio.
