SPAMER JACK GILBERT Age 72, of North Huntingdon, formerly of North Versailles, born October 7, 1928 on the North Side, Pittsburgh, died Tuesday, April 3, 2001, in North Huntingdon, son of the late Charles W. and Pearl Esther (Riggs) Spamer I, he was a Recruiter at the ETI Technical Institute, Cleveland, OH and a member and former Deacon of Linway Presbyterian Church; survived by his wife, Aileen (Stachowski) Spamer, and sons, Douglas (Christi) Spamer of McMurray and David (Deborah) Spamer, of Philadelphia; brother of Charles W. Spamer II of FL; grandfather of Bryan, Nicole, Courtney, Vanessa and Shelli; several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the VINCENT V. RODGERS FUNERAL HOME, 805 Pennsylvania Ave., Irwin, Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service Friday at 1:30 pm at the Linway Presbyterian Church, 608 Greensburg Ave., North Versailles with Rev. Eric Dennis officiating. Interment Penn-Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon. Memorials suggested to Linway Presbyterian Church.
