Jack W. Barringer

NORTH BALTIMORE -- Jack W. Barringer, age 75, of North Baltimore, died at 1:10 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2005 at Blakely Care Center. He was born Oct. 5, 1929 in North Baltimore to Claud and Rose Marie (Mathias) Barringer. On August 26, 1950, he married Charlotte L. Franks and she survives. Also surviving are: children, Patty Barringer of North Baltimore; Nola (Dearl) Jordan of Leipsic; Terry Daniels of Bairdstown; Dawn (Tim) King of Bluffton; Jack (Michaela) Barringer of Cygnet; and Polly (Jay) Shuman of Jacksonville, FL; two brothers, Don and Jim Barringer, both of North Baltimore; sister, Rosetta Shaull of Fostoria; 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren. His parents and a grandson preceded him in death. Jack served his country in the US Navy from 1947-1950; he worked as a foreman at OH Farmers for 16 years and was a member of the Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, August 15, 2005 at the Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church, with Pastor Terri Baird officiating. Burial will be in Weaver Cemetery, Bloom Twp., Wood CO. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or to Bridge Home Health and Hospice @@bvha.org.
