Rev. J. Breckenridge Gibson, D.D., was at one time Rector of the Episcopal Church in Haverstraw, also in Saratoga, N. Y. He also had charge of the large school at Burlington, N. J. He afterwards took the control of the school at Sing Sing, for many years managed by Marlborough Churchill, now St. John's School. It is a large and flourishing institution of high order, and under the care of Dr. Gibson, with the assistance of his oldest son, will no doubt continue successful.
