1 Dec 1731: John Taylor of Stow Yeoman in consideration of the father Love and affection which I have and do Bear toward my Dutifull son Israel Taylor of Stow Husbandman to see him comfortably settled in the world convey a farm in Stow near Oak Hill with about 131 1/2 acres made of several parcels.

[Note, also, the following document from the probate of John Taylor (Middlesex Probate 22203): 11 Dec 1731: Israel Tayler of Stow Husbandman acknowledged that I have received of my Honored Father John Tayler of Stow a deed of gift of one Hundred and thirty and five acres in full of my portion and acquit the estate of my s'd Father from any further claims or demands.]
