  3. The published records of Rehoboth have the birth of two children named Josiah in the parents' family. Newman Church records have the baptism of Isaiah corresponding to the first birth and the baptism of Josiah corresponding to the second. Therefore, Source:Adams, Bertram. Incomplete History of the Descendants of John Perry of London, 1604-1954, p. 365, which uses the 1731 date for Isaiah, appears wrong, while Source:Cutter, William Richard. New England Families, Genealogical and Memorial, p. 2: 1043, which gives the 1729 date for Isaiah, appears correct.
