Isabella is listed as the widow of Benjamin and "guardian ad lit em of Charlotte Anggevine Flandreau, a minor", in Benjamin's wil l and estate papers of 1844.

The 1840 census of New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York, p .99 lists Benjamin Flandrow as the head of a household consistin g of of one white male 30-39, one white female 30-39, and one w hite female 10-14. One family member is listed as employed in a griculture. The woman is presumably Isabella and the girl is Ch arlotte.

There's an off-chance that Martha is Isabella's daughter or tha t Martha is the same person as Charlotte Flandreau. More likely , she is a young sister-in-law. Which brings up the question o f where Charlotte has gone by 1850?

Buried in the Flandreau cemetery in New Rochelle. In 1923, Flor ence S. Bennett took the following information from her stone, w hich had disappeared by 1939: ISABELLE FLANDREAU, wife, died Nov 19, 1892. Age 82

I believe this would make her the last person buried in the ceme tery.
