    15 Mar 1797: Petition of John Bridge "Guardian to Isaac Gardner Reed and Edward Augustus Reed minors under the age of fourteen years, sons of Isaac Reed late of Littleton" and "William Tuttle of said Littleton gentleman and Mary his wife who was the widow of the said Isaac" to sell property.
    Petition In Senate 4 Feb 1799. [Isaac] Reed died intestate, leaving a Widow, Mary Read & three Children (one of whom is since deceased, & the survivors are yet & for several years to come will be Minors)" ... resolved that "William Tuttle and said Mary now his Wife, Administrators in her right on said Isaac Reed's Estate be & they hereby are authorized" to sell the land to Benjamin Bancroft.
