    Isaac Colby, son of Anthony Colby (1), was born in Salisbury, July 6, 1640. He was a planter in Amesbury in 1663; had a seat in the meeting house in 1667. He resided also at Haverhill and Rowley, Massachusetts.

    Isaac2 Colby (Anthony1), born in Salisbury, Mass., 6 July 1640, died there in 1684... Isaac was a planter in Amesbury and Rowley, Mass. He served on the jury trialls in 1670, but since he died at forty-four years of age, little other service was his.
    His will was dated 29th day of March 1684, proved in Ipswich Court, 14 Apr. 1684. His estate's inventory was filed 14 Apr 1684.
