ALLEN, Isak, of Isak and Katheron, [born] Jan. 3, 1674
While the record implies his mother was Katherine, the record was likely written (and certainly transcribed) after his mother had died and his father had remarried. If Isaac was Katherine's child, it would mean that she had children over a period of 35 years, which is highly unusual. The 9 year gap between the births of Isaac and Katherine usually indicates different mothers, and with marriage of Isaac and Mary in May 1673, it is almost certain that Isaac was Mary's son.
