Iona Barnes Homemaker, 77 Iona Barnes of Livingston Manor, a homemaker, died Saturday, August 27, 2005, at the Seelig Division of the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris. She was 77 years of age. The daughter of the late Elmer and Beatrice Williams Irwin, she was born September 5, 1927, in Bradley. She was the widow of Robert "Rusty" H. Barnes. She is survived by three sons, Wayne Barnes, Robert "Buster" Barnes and Richard Banks; five daughters, Dianne Scibles, Iona Barnes, Beatrice Mazinski, Laura Neer and Edna Banks. She was predeceased by a son, Leslie Banks. Friends may call at the Herbert C. Bryant Funeral Home, 29 Pearl St., Livingston Manor, on Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Services will be held Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will be made at the Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope.
