White, Ichabod, s. of John and Rachel, Feb. 28, 1729.
[The NEHGR article cited below says all 12 children are recorded in Uxbridge, and it can be shown that some were not born there. So while the listing here is the best indication of the date of birth, it may or may not represent a birth in Uxbridge. Normally, you would expect this particular date to mean 28 Feb 1729/30, and if you accept that, the birth was probably in Uxbridge. After all, according to NEHGR article, his father was "of Providence" 11 Apr 1729 (selling land there) and "of Mendon" 24 Nov 1729 (buying land on Uxbridge border). However, if you believe this date meant 29 Feb 1728/29, then the birth was probably in Providence. Neither interpretation seems either strongly indicated or contraindicated.]
