Howard Dickson Killed.
Howard DICKSON, road supervisor was killed instantly Tuesday morning while blasting rock on the road north of Burlingame. Mr. Dickson lives just east of Burlingame and the community was shocked and saddened by this fatal accident.
It seems that two blasts had been placed. One had gone off and after waiting considerable time Mr. Dickson started to the other one thinking it had gone off.
It exploded just as he neared the spot where it had been placed, killing him instantly.
