He was living in Hatboro, PA when he registered for the World War II Draft and employed by A.G.A General Aviation in Willow Grove, PA. He was 5'7", 165 lbs. with blue eyes and gray hair and a dark complexion.

"A two car collision at 3:25 pm Wednesday at Easton and Meetinghouse Roads, Horsham Township, began the series of minor accidents. A car driven by Peter N. Rothsching, 26, 144 Earl Lane, Hatboro, collided with one driven by Horace M. Wardwell, 76, 400 Houston Road, Ambler.
