FLEMING, Homer Theodore, age 75, of Rt. 3, passed away in a local hospital Wednesday, May 18, (1955). Mr. Fleming had been a resident of this community the past 54 years, was a retired shingle weaver, and was a member of the Methodist Church in Castle Rock. Surviving relatives include the wife, Hilma E. at the family home; two sons, William T. of Bellingham, and Floyd of Vancouver, B.C.; six daughters, Mrs. Lottie Harvey, Mrs. Gladys Cline, Mrs. Thelma Leavitt and Mrs. Violet La Bree, all of Bellingham, Mrs. Rae Parker of Edmonds, and Mrs. Myrtle Jensen of Skykomish; 19 Grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. The remains rest at the funeral home of Harlow-Hollingsworth, where services will be conducted Monday, May 23, at 1 p.m. Final resting place, Bay View Cemetery.
