    15 Apr 1798: Appraisal of moveable estate of Hellal Baker late of Upton deceased: £52-2-4 by Jonathan Hayward, Reuben Wood, Paul Aldrich. 1 Jun 1798: real estate appraised at $540.
    16 Apr 1798: Divided real estate between heirs of Hellal Baker of Upton deceased and heirs of Peter Holbrook of Upton deceased, said Baker's heirs claim the rights of David, Nathan & Margery Holbrook heirs of Peter Holbrook deces'd. Other land set off to Daniel and Jamima Holbrook.
