[3?] Oct 1762 [note: initial report all crossed out] Division to Isreal the Eldest surviving son, he paying Joseph Whetcomb Gardian to Anna Whetcomb a minor and Heir to said Estate; to Eliaze[r] "the yongest son"; to Sarah the wife of William Wilder a Daughter of the Deceased. : Final report adds "will not admitt of a Division to and among all the Heirs", "Isreal Whetcomb Eldest son that Now survives Having purchased the shares of Many of the Heirs", set off to "Isral ... in his own Right and as As[s]igned to Hezekiah and Jonathan Whetcomb Children of his Brother Hezekiah Whetcomb Deceased & to Mary Thankfull Releif Hepzibah & Hannah Children of his Brother William Whetcomb Deceased and to his sister Dinah Moor he having purchased their Shares", he paying other heirs viz Betsey Whetcomb Daughter of his Brother Hezekiah Whetcomb Dec'd & Jonathan Osgood Grandson to his Brother William Deceased [judge's decree adds "his Mother Abigail Osgood Dec'd"] & to Anna Grandchild to his Brother Hezekiah Deceased [judge's decree adds "her Father John Whetcomb Dec'd"]. Judge's decree ordering this settlement dated 20 May 1763.
